You don't even need to be at home, and we ensure all deliveries are made on time. How it Works Firstly we need you to complete our Top Up form; supply details such as tank size, number of boilers or whether you have an Aga. All these factors have a bearing on how much oil you use. This information, coupled with previous buying history, allows us to build a profile of your usage. This information is put into a computer programme which also records the outside temperature. The system then calculates how much fuel you are using on a daily basis. We allow a 20% - 30% tolerance for safety, ensuring that you will not run out of oil. Our metered delivery tickets will then show you exactly how much oil has been delivered to your tank.
