For instance, you will no longer have to telephone through your oil order - the responsibility is left to us to top up your tank when it is needed. You don't even need to be at home, and we ensure all deliveries are made on time.
How it Works
Firstly we need you to complete our Top Up form; supply details such as tank size, number of boilers or whether you have an Aga. All these factors have a bearing on how much oil you use. This information, coupled with previous buying history, allows us to build a profile of your usage. This information is put into a computer programme which also records the outside temperature. The system then calculates how much fuel you are using on a daily basis. We allow a 20% - 30% tolerance for safety, ensuring that you will not run out of oil. Our metered delivery tickets will then show you exactly how much oil has been delivered to your tank.
